Tran Huy

Born in 1993 in Vietnam, he is an independent musician, audio producer, and sound engineer. He serves as the lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter/producer of the alternative/nu metal band I’m Not Sure, and is an official endorser of NUX.

In 2013, he made his first major mark on the music scene by winning the championship at the Tiger Translate Battle of the Bands with the band Parasite. During this early period, he also honed his live performance skills while working as a session guitarist for the rock band Whitenoiz.

In 2017, he further demonstrated his talent by reaching the grand finale of Battle of the Bands Vietnam with the band In Between, earning the runner-up position.

In 2019, he officially joined I’m Not Sure. As lead vocalist and guitarist, he also took on key roles as composer, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer, becoming the driving creative force behind the band’s signature alternative/nu metal sound.

Beyond his work with his own band, he is a highly versatile and in-demand audio producer in the Vietnamese music industry. His technical expertise spans multiple genres, providing full-stack production, mixing, and mastering services for a wide range of artists and heavy bands.

In 2026, he officially signed as an endorsing artist for NUX, relying on gear such as the Amp Academy Stomp to craft his signature, high-impact guitar tones both on stage and in the studio.
