Mehmet Özen is a Turkish bassist, composer, and producer. After studying violin, piano, and jazz bass at Yıldız Technical University, he has built a diverse career performing with leading Turkish pop and jazz artists.
He has recorded with projects such as Funkbook and Homeland Quartet, and has appeared at major jazz festivals both in Turkey and internationally.
Mehmet is the founder of MnM Music Company, focusing on music production and artist development. He is currently the stage director and bassist for Melek Mosso, and also performs with artists such as Gülşen and Serkan Çağrı.
