Built to Inspire

NUX Dual Loop Stereo is built with inspirations in mind. It’s easy to create loops and practice with the NUX Dual Loop Stereo.

Power on the Dual Loop Stereo pedal, rotate the VALUE knob to select an empty memory from 01 ~ 99, then you can press the foot switch to record/play/dub your loops. You can also hold the foot switch to UNDO/REDO/CLEAR.

Master Your Sound in Any Setting. The NUX Dual Loop Stereo features 3 distinct loop modes, giving you the flexibility to create, layer, and perform—whether you’re practicing at home or commanding the stage.

A/B SPLIT mode: A/B Split mode is ideal for playing or practicing a two-part song. You can have different chords and drums in loop A from loop B and separately play them one after another.

A+B SYNC mode: A+B Sync mode is ideal for playing or practicing a song with two instruments or voices, such as a guitar and a microphone or a guitar and bass. You can mix the volumes of loop A and loop B and the drum to create the best phrases.

GIG mode (No drum): GIG mode is perfect for a gig with two independent loops. You have no limits but two simple loops to help you sing or play.

*Note: When using A/B Split Mode or A+B Sync Mode, the recording must be synced to the drum machine’s beat.

DUAL LOOP STEREO has 4 built-in recording effects: Octave, Booster, Cabinet Simulator, and Reverb. You can control these effects via the CTRL footswitch or the EXP footswitch.

*Note: Reverb is for input 1 and drum.

Play with built-in smart Drummers

The DUAL LOOP STEREO features 42 rhythm presets with 672 rhythm variations. You can play with built-in smart drummers and get the best rhythm for your phrases.

Super Easy to Control Everything

The DUAL LOOP STEREO features a high-definition LCD with 960 x 376 pixels.

With 6 knobs to handle the Volume/Gain of Track 1, Track 2, Drum 1, Drum 2, Mic Level and Master volume, it’s super easy for you to handle everything in your creative phrases.

You can use the NMP-2 EXP footswitch included in the package. To fully unlock its potential.

Extensive I/O

The DUAL LOOP STEREO is equipped with stereo inputs and outputs, XLR jack with 48 V phantom power, 3.5 mm AUX input, 3.5 mm headphone output, 3.5 mm MIDI IN/OUT, EXP expansion.

MIDI Control

Nearly every parameter of the Dual Loop Stereo can be controlled by an external MIDI controller, such as tap tempo, stop/start/record, and so much more. The MIDI to 1/8” cable is included to get you started quickly.

How to import playback to Dual Loop Stereo?

Before import playbacks in to your device, please enter SETTINGS >> USB SETTING, set USB mode at “IMPORT/EXPORT WAV FILES”

When connecting a DUAL LOOP STEREO to a computer, it will show “NUX LOOPER” as a USB flash disk. Click it, and you will see folder NCL-2. Click folder NCL-2 to enter, then you will see folder WAVE. Then you can drag the target wav file into the related folder. For example, if you want to put the playback wav file into phrase loop track 3, you can just drag your target wav file into folder W003. Then you are good to go.

Note: DUAL LOOP STEREO only supports 44.1 kHz / 32 bits Stereo floating WAV format, please download and utilize NuxFormatConverter to convert your backing track to the correct file format. Please go to the Softwares section on this page for download.

USB audio stream

You can connect the DUAL LOOP STEREO to your computer to record the loop, drum, and any sound from your guitar & mic. 

*NOTE: Please make sure the USB mode is at “USB AUDIO STREAM”

Customize your own Boot-up picture

The Dual Loop Stereo allows users to customize their own boot-up picture with a GIF. Set the device’s USB mode to import/export wav files.

– Connect the Dual Loop Stereo to your computer and download a GIF picture to the folder: NUX LOOPER > NUX_LOOP > GIF.

– Disconnect and reboot the Dual Loop Stereo, and then enter the DISPLAY setting and set the BOOT-UP PICTURE option to USER.

– Reboot the Dual Loop Stereo again. Enjoy your own customized GIF interface!
